Outdoor Planting (HZ 8-10):
- Timing: Plant the tender corms in the fall.
- Soil: Plant 4" to 5" deep and 3" apart in well-draining soil with full to partial sunlight. Mulch is required in HZ 8.
- Care: Allow foliage to die back naturally. In HZ 8-10, corms will go dormant and then reemerge in the next growth cycle.

Indoor Greenhouse Planting (HZ 3-7):
- Pre-Planting: Soak the corms for 2 hours or overnight in room temperature water.
- Potting: After soaking, pot the corms closely together, covered with 2" of sterile potting soil in well-draining pots.
- Growing Conditions: Place in a 55° to 60°F greenhouse with light shade until sprouts are 2" tall, then move to bright sunlight.
- Bloom Time: Expect flowers in about 16 weeks.
